IBIS Terms of Use
Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the IBIS (The Injured Bird Information System) website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Service Description: IBIS is a service that allows volunteers to enroll to receive text message alerts about injured birds that they may be able to help. The service is provided by Snapdragon Partners, LLC.
User Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use IBIS. By using the service, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older.
Registration: To use IBIS, you must provide your name and phone number. An email address is optional but may be used to recover your account if needed.
User Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Disclaimer of Warranties: IBIS is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Snapdragon Partners, LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability: Snapdragon Partners, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use IBIS.
Modifications to Service: Snapdragon Partners, LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue IBIS at any time without notice.
Governing Law: These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
